The face of Dr. David Kaplan is a familiar one at Health Partnership of Johnson County, where for more than 10 years the Overland Park dermatologist has volunteered his services one day each month. While actively seeking a way to give back to the community, Kaplan discovered that there was a need for dermatology and skincare providers that was not being met by private health care and governmental programs.
